South Carolina (Healthy Connections)

How to create your South Carolina Medicaid account

1. Go to the Healthy Connections (SC Medicaid) member portal Healthy Connections

2. Click “Register” or “Create an Account.”

3. Enter your information:

   • Name

   • Date of birth

   • Social Security Number (if available)

4. Create your username and password.

5. Log in to your account.

🔗 Link your existing Medicaid application

 

After logging in:

• Look for “Link Case” or “Add Existing Application”

• Enter:

  • Your case number OR

  • SSN + DOB

👉 If your info matches, your submitted application will appear.

 

What you can do in the portal

• Check your Medicaid application status

• Upload documents (proof of income, ID, etc.)

• View letters and notices

• Update your information

• Renew your coverage

⚠️ If your application doesn’t show up - Try:

• Waiting 24–48 hours after applying

• Making sure your info matches exactly

• Using your case number if you have it
