Healthy Indiana Plan

The Healthy Indiana Plan is an affordable health plan, offered by the State of Indiana, for low-income adults between the ages of 19 and 64 that are not eligible for Medicare or Medicaid.

Healthy Indiana Plan pays for medical costs that can include dental, vision and chiropractic but requires a minimal monthly contribution to coverage based on the amount of the individual’s income.
