The friendly voice and kind demeaner, The Patient Advocate talked me through all aspects of the process. Even when contacting her for follow up inquiries, she was responding within minutes and returning my calls within seconds after any voicemails were left.
She literally made the whole painful process pleasing, pleasurable and it was almost like talking to an old friend. In this non-personal, technologically "user-unfriendly" world we live in, I just thought she should be commended for a job well done.
